Our Love for Tanzania at Your Complete Disposal - Nature Diplomats
Nature Diplomats
Each traveler has their own needs. What may be perfect for one client may not be ideal for another. We design private safaris and Kilimanjaro climbs especially for you and cater to groups of up to forty people.
Love for Tanzania, its landscapes and nature has led us to the creation of this brand. Nature Diplomats brings you quality guides for tours that are completely customizable to your desires and expectations.
Thanks to our understanding of Tanzania, its people, its culture, its nature and more than a decade of experience as safari and mountain guides, we have created exclusive packages.

Why Choose Us
Integrity
Nature Diplomats pay all taxes, industry-based wages and ensures all necessary insurances. As our company and customer base is growing, we manage the data in our own process documentation system. This ensures all information about clients will not be lost and can be retrieved quickly.
Authenticity
We are a local company and all staff, from porter, to guide to management are Tanzanian. We are transparent and we pay fairly - so your travel with us makes a difference to all involved.
Experience
Our guides are more than animal viewers, they can anticipate what is not obvious and open your eyes for what you would otherwise not see.
Empathy
We work as partners in the guiding environment, on the mountain and in the plains. We care about the communities in the regions we explore with customers and create opportunities for a wider audience to participate and benefit.
Reliability
We work to ensure all of our staff are trained as first responders and we have all necessary licences for safari and mountain climbing, required by Tanzanian law. We regularly ensure our warehouse equipment is safe for use, restocked and our vehicles are regularly maintained to ensure smooth experiences and safe transport.
Value
We put together a program that matches the customer needs, because we co-create your experience. We do not offer group safaris or climbs, because random diversity in groups can lead to medium quality experiences.
Why We Do It
Sustainability
Protection of nature, economic stability, and social responsibility guide every decision we make. We believe in leaving places better than we found them for future generations.
Quality Over Quantity
We visit fewer parks but spend more time in one area. We take time to let nature unfold, allowing you to truly connect with the wilderness.
Local Investment
We pay well, train and support our team as well as local communities - charity begins at home. Your journey supports real people and real communities.
Authentic Experience
Exclusivity and experience is worth more than luxurious bells and whistles. We focus on what truly matters - genuine connections with nature and culture.

Plan Your HolidayOur Story
From our breakthrough success in various positions within Tanzania's tourism industry, Nature Diplomats Tanzania quickly expanded. Likeminded conservationists and adventure lovers initially shared stories, which eventually turned into a special travel boutique company, with 6+ pioneers coming from very different backgrounds in the travel industry and conservation. We have since welcomed hundreds of guests to Tanzania on custom designed journeys.
By managing the entire process from the first interaction to the last farewell, our guests enjoy the freedom to embrace the vibrant cultures and energy of global destinations, within the context of a flexible, quality-assured network of travel consultants, hospitality providers, guides, and travel professionals.
In January 2020, our network started, while discussing a better way to team up and then serve the eagerly anticipated clients to either going on a Tanzania Safari or climbing Kilimanjaro. We were by then all employed at several of Tanzania's premium safari and Kilimanjaro climb outfits. Not knowing if this would become a fully registered safari and Kilimanjaro climbing company, we are now proud to be the brand most travellers would love live their Tanzania travel dream and explore the country. The founder Sadock Johnson, and his longtime conservationists and travel experts Vaines Laizer, Antizana Malimi, Nehemia Gerald, Florence Wilson and Faraja Goodluck, are all passionately and fully engaged with the company and its goals. We are the type of people who love to live life at its very best. We can assure you that you are in the right place for a life-defining holiday.

Looking Ahead
Nature Diplomats remains intentionally personal. We are not driven by volume, but by relationships — with our guests, our partners, and the natural world we are privileged to work in. What began as an idea among friends has grown into a shared journey, and we are excited to continue walking that path with travelers who care deeply about nature, people, and purpose. Nature is treated as an active partner, not just a social media background - where travellers can participate in a meaningful way. Welcome to Nature Diplomats.
Join the Nature Diplomats Team
At Nature Diplomats Tanzania, we are always open to working with motivated individuals, travel agents, and sales partners who share a passion for safari, Mount Kilimanjaro, and meaningful travel. We are building long-term partnerships to promote our Kilimanjaro climbs and tailor-made safaris, and we welcome collaborators who can help us reach new markets and travelers.
We are particularly interested in people with experience in marketing and sales, including areas such as website conversion and SEO, CRM systems (especially HubSpot and email marketing), social media, events, and traditional media. You do not need prior experience in African travel — transferable skills, initiative, and a love for adventure matter most.
Roles can be based worldwide with flexible remote working. If you have ideas on how to grow with us, we invite you to share a proposal or simply get in touch.
